All Sales Are Final

At Creative Waves Prints, every product is custom-made and personalized especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders once production has begun.

Exceptions

We will offer a free replacement or full refund only if:

• Your item arrives damaged or broken
• Your item contains a printing error made by us
• You received the wrong item

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, before production begins. After 24 hours we are unable to cancel your order.
