What if I made a mistake in my personalization details?
Contact us immediately at contact@creativewavesprints.com. We will do our best to correct it before production starts.

How long does production take?
Production takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a personalized item?
Because all our products are made especially for you, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless there is a mistake on our part.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours at contact@creativewavesprints.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
